More Than a Quota:
Our Christmas Week in Kerala

As I shared in this week's newsletter, the end of the year usually finds me mentally and physically frozen, chasing down one last deal.

This year looks different.

We are currently in Fort Kochi, Kerala, India. Our days start at 8:30 am over Indian flatbreads and chai, sharing breakfast with other families from around the globe who value giving back.

After breakfast, we take a tuk-tuk ride to our placement, where we teach English to brilliant 4 and 5-year-olds through songs and learning games.

Their pure joy—and their excitement when they nail a new word—is a feeling I could never get from a sales dashboard. Standing in the back of that classroom, watching my daughter fall in love with making a difference, I realized: this is the real win. This is living.

Below are a few moments captured from this incredible week.
